Chronological Events in the Case of Rose Marie Bagley
May 22, 2006 - Justin Brian Foss stayed the night at a residence shared by Ms. Bagley and her sister, according to statements made by Bagley's sister to O.S.B.I. A female told authorities that she had also spent the night at the residence in Lindsay on May 22.
May 23, 2006 A.M. - Ms. Bagley's sister left for work, while Foss and Bagley remained at the house, according to statements made by Bagley's sister to O.S.B.I.
May 23, 2006 - Rose Marie Bagley goes missing. Rose left her home in Lindsay, Oklahoma around 10:00 or 10:30 a.m. with a young man
(Justin Brian Foss). He said that they then drove to Marlow, Oklahoma, where he
took Rose to a Newberry's Express Pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Foss Claims that he left her at a Cox City bar, but patrons claim not to have seen her or him that day.
June 2, 2006 - Justin Brian Foss is initially questioned in Ms. Bagley's disappearance.
June 6, 2006 - The OSBI receives Ms. Bagley's case from the Lindsay Police Department.
July 4, 2006 - Rose Bagley's body (yet unidentified) found near Stephens County pond by fisherman. The body was sent to the medical examiner's officer for identification.
July 14, 2006 - O.S.B.I. receives search warrant for Justin Foss's residence.
July, 28 2006 - Justin Brian Foss charged with possession of controlled substance.
August 8, 2006 - Court records indicate that someone claims that a man arrested on possession of a controlled dangerous substance last week said that that he killed Bagley during an argument and
disposed of her body.
August 10, 2006 - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation confirms that skeletal remains found near a rural Stephens County farm pond are those of Rose Marie Bagley.
